Then dad came home and we both asked him who he thought would win and he was at first all 'what are you talking about - who cares' but then he said cavemen and b was 'but the atronauts' and dad was all 'but the cavemen'. And so an answer was not reached. So this morning we looked up opinions on the internet. We found three polls, 2 in favour of cavemen (HA!) and one in favour of astronauts. And if you added up the total amount of votes in all the polls cavemen won by a mile. But b still wouldnt take it and said if we kept looking we'd probably find more polls in favour of astronauts.
And apart from polls we found forums filled with bickering over the subject. Some seemed to favour astronauts others not so much. And it all really comes down to semantics. I mean is there weapons involved? Is the fight in space in the astonauts territory, or some cave? Are we talking one on one, cos the question is plural. So how many on how many. If there was more than one astronaut its possible that they could win cos they could use their intelligence to devise strategy and use teamwork. But still the cavemen arnt just ganna sit around waiting for them to finishing talkng, they are ganna be hitting them with clubs. And what if there arnt any weapons involved? I still think the cavemn would win. The astronauts might be fit, but cavemen have to kill for survival, fighting is park of there everyday life they would so take down an astronaut!
So who would win?
I guess we'll never know.
Anyways moving on. B's been home sick all week. Which is both ick and yay for me. I like the company, this week has been more fun than last by a mile. But sick company isnt all that fun. He totally was all grumpy and sneezy and coughy all the way through angel fest. Plus i'm starting to stress that he wont be better by saturday. If he's not dads not ganna go to the zoo, and i wanna go to the zoo! I've been waiting weeks to meet an alpaca and if b stops me now i'll kill him!!
As it has previously been mentioned i had angelfest yesterday. My last one ever. I finally got season 5 part 2. It was a good fest, so many of my fave episodes. And i cried in the last one, and when fred died. But not cas fred died, i didnt care that much for her, i was more upset for wesley! I love my wesley!! hence the crying in the final when he died. And Lorne! I cried for lorne cos he was broken. Such a good fest! I miss angel!
Tuesday i caught up with bec at the cafe which was nice. We talked and all was dandy. I got one tree hill back (oh but bec disc two is missing, could you hunt that down for me?). I miss season 1 of one tree hill. Season 3 is pretty much terible. Last weeks episode was cringe worthy, terrible terrible writing! Some of the earlier episodes were good, but its getting worse each week. I miss the golden days when peyton and lucas were together and nathan and haley were smitteny and all was nice and cute.
And speaking of Tv shows, today is my veronica day! Yay for that! Its ganna be such a good one this week! Its written by my fave writer, the snark is great with the subtext and its an old school season 1 type mystery. I mean just in the open we had allusions to the tritions, madison being a bimbo, dick being dick, and LoVe snark at its best! i really hope the pirates are in a good mood and have it up early this week, last week was horible!
And ohmiga in other VM news, this weeks is the last episode in aus! Whats that about?! They cant just stop it halfway through the season without any queations being answered! They might aswell not have even shown it at all! And they're stopping it right before clash of the tritons which is one of the best episodes ever! Ten are stupid and i hate them. They are cancelling it for friday night games! And if australia prefers that to V then i really hate this country. People are idiots!
In more pleasent news, i love the archies! Me and be have been listening to them and dancing round like complete goofs this morning. They are so fun though! The 60's were awesome. Dad bought the music man and i watched a bit last night, and seriously everything was better in the sixties! Its totally my sorta movie with the singing and dancing and 'swell' being a naughty word!
